A half day rental of half the home includes Floor .02 and Floor .03 for 5 hours from 9am to 2 pm and is limited to 5 people. This includes a full kitchen, living, and dining space, 1 full bath, 1 office, and 1 bedroom. Furniture and decoration can be brought in or removed at request only. We invite you to book a video call before booking for a full live video view of the spaces. All booking require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. A member of our team will be at the space during your entire rental period should you need additional help. Insurance mandatory, any damages or repairs will be invoiced accordingly.
