How do I book a space?

Know exactly what you'd like to book? Feel free to book your space by adding your desired rental to cart and checking out directly on our website. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit- at checkout use promo code "deposit" to book your rate accordingly. Once we've received your booking, a member of our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to go over availability that works for you. If no mutual availability can be found, a full refund will be issued. Once booking begins, remaining balance will be invoiced. * If you'd like to discuss in more detail time and availability before booking, feel free to contact us with your request and a unique invoice will be sent to you within one business day.

I don't feel comfortable booking online, how can I make a booking?

We invite you to fill out our contact form and a member of our team can call you directly to find a payment method that is comfortable for you. 

What is the location of your rental?

We are located in a west suburb of Montreal, less than 30 kilometres from downtown on the island.  Upon booking, exact rental address will be sent to you. 

Can we scout the location before booking?

We would love to set up a scout session for you! We book scout sessions as 15 minute reservations via FaceTime or Zoom calls.  You can request this by filling out our contact form. For large companies we offer a one time space visit, each visit afterwards will be $150/hr as to make sure adequate Covid cleaning is done before and after visit.

Do I need insurance for this rental?

Yes, insurance is mandatory for each booking and needs to be presented at time of booking. There are no exceptions.  

What happens if I need more time on-site during my reservation?

Additional time is billed at the hourly rate of $225. We cannot guarantee additional time is available to you on the day of, so we encourage you to make sure your request covers all the time you'll need on site (including setup and cleanup).

Does my rental time include set up and cleaning?

Yes, rental time includes set up and cleaning. We invite you into the home at the exact rental time you've book and expect the space to be left exactly how it was at the end of your booking time. Please note that any spaces left uncleaned will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

What is your cancelation policy?

Our 50% deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions. Cancelations within 3 days of booking date are subject to the full rental price booked.

How many people are allow on premise during a booking?

Quotes for each rental booking invites up to 5 people into the home. If you have a larger group, please contact us at time of booking. Additional person(s) will be subject to an additional fee of $250 a person, but the limit is 9 people with no exceptions. 

Can we shoot videography in this space?

Yes, videography is welcomed. Videos, commercials and movies that require more than one full day can be booked on a daily, weekly, weekend or custom basis. Please contact us for more details and a unique quote.

Can we shoot furniture and decor in this space?

Yes, if your products include furniture and decor we can accommodate in the ways you need. All furniture except beds can be removed from the space for an additional fee. Please note that for large pieces of furniture and delivery, additional fees will also apply.  

Can we shoot boudoir or unclothed in this rental?

Boudoir shoots are prohibited in this rental. Unclothed photography and videography is accepted on a unique artistic basis and needs to be approved before booking is made. An on-site liaison will be present during your entire rental period to help with any questions. 

Can we use any cabinetry, drawers, or closet space?

All storage spaces will be respectfully prohibited from opening during your time of booking. If you require shooting that includes storage (for example closet space, kitchen cabinets, opening of dressers), we ask that you get this approved at time of booking and an empty and clean space will be provided for you.

Are children welcome into this rental?

Children 13 and older are welcomed into all spaces. with mandatory adult supervision at all times and in all spaces, no exceptions. We ask that all person(s) are respectful of the home and pieces inside of it. Any damage will be the responsibility of the renter and will be invoiced. Children under 13 years old are prohibited in this space and on the premise / property, no exceptions.

Are animals allowed into this rental?

Although we love animals, no animals are allowed on premise or in the rental space. 

Can we use the outdoor spaces in this rental?

Yes, the outdoor premise is available in your rental agreement if booking a full home. Respect for our neighbours and noise control will be mandatory.

Can we use the kitchen in this rental?

No, access to the stove, oven, cutlery, drink ware and serving ware is prohibited from being used. There will be a small section of the fridge to store small snack. We ask that each renter come with disposable cups, utensils, and plates as per Covid regulations. Opening of kitchen cabinetry is prohibited.

Is your space Covid cleaned?

Yes, our space goes through a deep clean before and after your booking time. This is why additional fees apply to groups more than 5 guests and a $225 cleaning fee is required alongside any hourly booking or half day bookings.

What are the covid regulations in the home?

Any person(s), at all time, in all spaces, must be wearing a mask properly (securely over the nose and mouth at all times). Models will have the opportunity to remove their masks only* during shooting times. A safe 3+ foot distance must be kept between all people(s). Disinfecting upon arrival is mandatory and suggested throughout your booking period. A liaison from our team will be in the home throughout the whole booking time to help answer any questions.

 

*(please note smoking, electronic cigarettes, cannabis and alcohol is not permitted on premise, we kindly ask that smokers stay 25 feet away from all doors.)

 No following all of the rules above alongside the detailed listen of additional rules in signed contract by any member of your team will call for dismissal of your party with no refund. 

As Covid regulations continue to change we cannot be held responsible for new rules in place.
